Each day during heart week, we will post the day's challenge and host a daily drawing from the comment section at the end of the day, so make sure you are commenting and tagging us @itsmyheartnewengland on Facebook and Instagram!

Feb 7th: Share your Heart - Share your CHD Story.
Feb 8th: Acts of Kindness - One small act of kindness can truly brighten anyone’s day. We know all too well that you never truly know what someone is going through, so today we challenge you do to a Random Act of Kindness for someone.
Feb 9th: Share a CHD Fact
Feb 10th: Staying Heart Healthy - There are many things that we need to do to keep our hearts healthy and happy. Today we challenge you to share a favorite recipe or physical activity that you love to to do/eat to stay healthy.
Feb 11th: Faces of CHD - We are going to be sharing a video on this day of photos of heart warriors showing that CHD impacts people of all ages. Feb 12: Wave of Light for Heart Angels - Share your favorite memories of a heart angel during the day and join us at 7:15pm EST and light a candle to produce a wave of a light to honor and remember our Heart Angels that we lost far too soon.
Feb 13: Advice for New Heart Families - Receiving a diagnosis of CHD is very scary and intimidating to navigate. Today, we ask that you share your best piece of advice for a family who just received a CHD Diagnosis
Feb 14th: Proclamation/Other Advocacy - Today, we will be sharing proclamations received across New England. If you received a proclamation, please send us a message on Facebook or tag us in your photo and we will share it!

Aside from proclamations there are so many ways to advocate and spread awareness for CHD, so today we challenge you to share how you spread awareness of CHD this week (PS… participating in this challenge counts!)
