Purpose:
It’s My Heart New England is a non-profit organization created to advocate for and provide support to those affected by Acquired and Congenital Heart Defects (CHD). Through awareness, resources, and education, It’s My Heart creates alliances and networks among families, groups, hospitals, and the community.

Join us for a great day!!! This year’s walk will take place on Sunday, June 30, 2024. This 1 or 2 mile or 5K non-competitive Walk ended with a family picnic and celebration. The donation portal will stay open until July 31, 2024.
