IMHNE at the Hartford Yard Goats

Join It's My Heart New England for our biggest CHD Awareness event in Connecticut as we take over the August 24 Hartford Yard Goat game!

We will be selling 300 discounted tickets ($7 each, all ages) to this great event and all are welcome - heart families, angel families, heart friends, co-workers, community members, general baseball lovers and non-profit supporters.

Help us get to our ticket goal which will give IMHNE the opportunity to:

* Throw out the first pitch
* Have a :15 pre-game and :15 in-game PSA
* Have an on-field presentation
* Spend 1/2 inning on Yard Goat radio
* Set up an awareness table on the concourse
* Set up a family meeting place and activities in the Aetna Community Center
